Glezer-Kraus was established in 1969 but operated under the name of Longines/Whitnauer. In 1983 the same owners changed the company name to Glezer-Kraus Watch Repair. We are the Factory Authorized repair center for Ebel, Concord, Movado, ESQ, Coach and Gucci. We have been a Factory Service Center for the North American Watch Company since 1984 and were authorized to repair Piaget, Corum, Concord and Movado until the company spun off and Piaget and Corum were sold. Currently we are the only watch repair company in the Midwest authorized to repair for the Movado Group. Being authorized also gives us the privilege of being able to repair watches under manufactory warranty.
We are also the sole Factory Authorized repair center for Gucci in the Midwest and as such can do any repair covered under the warranty.
