A lot of our customers ship us watches from all over. We would like to make this process as easy as possible by following
some simple guidelines.

  • Place your watch in a non watch box, a box we can throw away.
  • Cushion your watch well. Make sure your timepiece is not loose inside.
  • Place you information inside such as:
    1. Your name
    2. Your phone numbers
    3. Your address. When giving us your address please keep in mind we will be shipping your time piece UPS insured and someone 18 years or older needs to be able to sign for the package.
    4. If your watch is under warranty place your filled out warranty card inside or the store receipt.
  • Ship your watch to:

Do not list our name as Gucci, Movado, or watch repair service we don’t want you to advertise that there are valuables inside the box.

  • Ship the watch insured. We are not responsible for any items send to us uninsured.

    After we receive the watch we will call you with a formal estimate at which time we will collect the funds using Visa, Master Card or Discover. If you would like to pay by personal check we will ship your watch when payment is received.
Once the repair is complete we will ship the watch back to you UPS Insured.
