For battery-powered watches, we perform diagnostic testing, battery replacement, gasket inspection, and resealing for water resistance. Every quartz service includes a consumption test to evaluate the health of the movement.
Over time, daily wear leaves fine scratches and dulling. Our refinishing process restores the watch’s finish while preserving the original contours, grain, and design. Each surface is hand-finished to the same standard used by top manufacturers.
We use specialized pressure-testing equipment to confirm your watch’s water-resistance rating after any service. Our team replaces seals and gaskets as needed to maintain the manufacturer’s specifications.
From cracked crystals to worn crowns or damaged bracelets, we can replace most components using genuine manufacturer parts whenever available. Our technicians ensure that each replacement fits precisely and maintains the original design, durability, and water resistance of your timepiece.
As a factory-authorized service center for select brands, we perform official warranty repairs using genuine parts and approved procedures.
All watches receive a diagnostic evaluation before any work begins.
You’ll receive a detailed estimate for approval — no work proceeds without your consent with the exception of basic battery service walk-ins.
Typical estimates are completed within 3–5 business days after check-in, depending on the complexity of the repair.

Should your timepiece experience any difficulties after recently passing through our center, the work we performed will be honored under our Quality Assurance Warranty.
Please Note:Â
- This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or issues unrelated to the original repair performed.
- Normal wear and tear on external components such as straps are typically not covered under this warranty.
- For battery replacement services, our warranty applies exclusively to the watch’s water resistance at the time of service. Battery longevity may vary depending on the internal condition of the movement.
- Every battery service includes a consumption test to evaluate the health of the movement. Because the movement is not disassembled during this procedure, we cannot guarantee that the watch will not require additional movement service in the near future.
- If a watch ceases to function shortly after a battery replacement, the cost of the battery service will be credited toward the price of a complete movement service.
