What You Need to Include
To ensure your repair is processed under warranty, please include the following when shipping or delivering the watch in person.
- Warranty card (filled out and valid)
- Original sales receipt
- Do not include watch boxes; they are not returned

Warranty Coverage Guidelines
Warranty coverage is limited to manufacturer defects only and is valid only when the watch was purchased from an authorized dealer. Please keep the following points in mind:
- Battery replacements are covered only during the first year
- Bracelet sizing is included for the full duration of the warranty
- Straps are not typically covered unless there's a proven manufacturer defect
- Damage from impact or accidents is not eligible for warranty coverage
