Warranty Coverage Guidelines

Warranty coverage is limited to manufacturer defects only and is valid only when the watch was purchased from an authorized dealer. Please keep the following points in mind:

  • Battery replacements are covered only during the first year
  • Bracelet sizing is included for the full duration of the warranty
  • Straps are not typically covered unless there's a proven manufacturer defect
  • Damage from impact or accidents is not eligible for warranty coverage
