Ship Your Timepiece
- Our customers ship us watches nationally from all over the country. We would like to make this process as easy as possible by following some simple guidelines:
- When shipping your timepiece, please use secure recyclable packaging such as bubble wrap, padded envelopes, or packing peanuts. We kindly ask that you refrain from shipping your watch in its original presentation box, as our facility is unable to accommodate storage for boxes of that size.

Please include the following inside your package:
- Full Name
- Return Address
- Phone Number (reachable during our business hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
- Warranty Card or Gift Receipt (if applicable)
- Description of Requested Repairs/Services
- In addition, please provide us an address that we can ship your timepiece back during business hours. Your watch will be returned to you via UPS or Fedex insured mail. Someone 18 years or older will need to sign for the package.
- If your watch is being repaired under warranty, please place your warranty information inside.
For your convenience, we are happy to provide a pre-paid FedEx shipping label to help you send your watch to us for evaluation. Simply package your timepiece securely and drop it off at any FedEx Office location.
Please keep in mind:
- Our shipping label is offered purely as a courtesy option.
- If you prefer, you are always welcome to use any insured shipping method or carrier you trust.
- If you choose to use our label, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping once your repair is complete.
- If you decide to decline the repair after receiving your estimate, you will be responsible for:
- The return shipping, and
- The cost for the inbound label we provided on your behalf.
We offer this service to provide a seamless, concierge-style experience for our clients. You are welcome to select whichever shipping method best suits you — and we are here to assist with any part of the process should you need guidance.
Watch Information
Walk-In Instructions
If you prefer to bring your watch directly to us, we welcome in-person drop-offs at our walk-up service window. No appointment is necessary — simply stop by during business hours.
Our Drop-Off Process:
- Visit Our Facility – See our address below.
- Walk-Up Window – Upon arrival, follow the signs to our service window, where one of our repair liaisons will assist you.
- Provide Your Information – We’ll take your contact details and discuss your repair needs.
- Secure Intake – Your timepiece will be logged into our system, and you will be provided with a claim ticket for each watch.
- Estimate & Communication – For a basic service you’ll receive a detailed repair estimate within 3–5 business days via email or phone. For more complicated repairs, time estimates are on a case by case basis.
Warranty Repairs:
If your watch is covered under warranty, please bring your original purchase receipt or warranty card at the time of drop-off. This documentation is required to validate warranty coverage.
