Accuracy of Information:

All information provided in this form must be accurate and complete. Glezer-Kraus, Inc. is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect customer information.

Customer Responsibility for Shipping:

Submitting this form authorizes Glezer-Kraus, Inc. to generate a shipping label on your behalf. However, you are fully responsible for properly packaging your watch to ensure safe transit. We strongly recommend using protective padding, bubble wrap, and a sturdy box.

Loss or Damage in Transit:

Glezer-Kraus, Inc. is not liable for loss, theft, or damage that occurs while the watch is in the possession of the shipping carrier.

Authorization to Open, Inspect & Evaluate

By sending in your watch, you authorize Glezer-Kraus, Inc. to open the case, inspect the movement, and perform all necessary diagnostics to provide an accurate estimate.

Estimates & Repair Approval

No work will be performed without your approval. You will receive a detailed estimate once the watch has been evaluated. If you decline the repair, you are responsible for all shipping charges, including:

the cost of return shipping, and

the cost of the shipping label Glezer-Kraus generated to receive your watch.

Turnaround Times

All turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on parts availability and the complexity of the repair. Glezer-Kraus, Inc. prioritizes quality over speed and will not rush repairs at the expense of workmanship.

Payment Requirement

Full payment is required prior to shipping the watch back to the customer. Your repaired watch will not be returned until the invoice has been paid in full.

Agreement to Policies

By submitting this form, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all Glezer-Kraus, Inc. policies regarding shipping, estimates, repairs, warranties, and payment.
